Absolutely. Most of our products can be personalized with names, dates, logos, or meaningful phrases. We’ll send a design proof before we engrave.

If you’re ordering a product, you will be able to request customization when you add the product to your cart.

We’ll follow up with a proof before engraving begins.

Yes. We send a design/layout proof within 1–2 business days after you place your order. We begin engraving only after your approval.

Yes! We love creating sets for weddings, memorials, and corporate gifts. Contact us for custom pricing and lead times.

Yes. Engraving is limited by available space. Designs and text should fit the item proportionally and clearly. That said, we’ll work with you to ensure the final layout looks great and aligns with your vision.
Please note: We do not engrave vulgar, explicit, or offensive content. Royalty Woodworks reserves the right to decline any design we consider inappropriate. If there’s ever a concern, we’ll reach out to discuss options and find a respectful solution.
Additional limitations may include:
Material compatibility: We currently engrave on hardwood surfaces only. Not all finishes or grain patterns are suitable for engraving.
Font and size: Very small text or ornate fonts may be difficult to read and may require adjustments.
Design complexity: Highly detailed graphics or images may not translate well depending on the size and wood grain.
Approval timeline: We begin production after proof approval. Excessive revision requests may affect turnaround time.

If you have a specific wood in mind that isn’t listed on our site, feel free to contact us. If we’re able to source it, we’ll let you know and include it in the estimate we provide.
Shipping & fulfillment

We typically ship within 5-7 business days after you approve your design. For non-custom orders, processing time is often shorter.

We do our best to accommodate rush orders when possible — please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

If you’re nearby (Southern California), we may be able to arrange a local pickup or delivery. Contact us to check availability.
Returns & exchanges

Because custom items are made to order, we generally can’t accept returns unless the item is damaged.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
Care & Maintenance

Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Never soak or put in the dishwasher. Reapply food-safe mineral oil regularly to keep the board looking and performing its best.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, soaking, or high heat.
